- MaidPro staff was transparent in communicating why certain things will not be scrubbed with steel wool (eg. interior oven) as they want to prevent scratching the appliance
- Giving 4/5 because found I needed repeat communication to areas where they missed dusting (e.g. dusting lamps) and would suggest the company management to provide a better mop (seemed like they only used a swifter to mop the floor but I noticed the swifter isn't a good mop to use and since I had to remop shortly after)
