Summit Contractors

We originally learned about Summit Contractors by reading the positive reviews online and after some due diligence decided to try them. We are thrilled with our master bathroom renovation, which exceeded expectations. It is gorgeous, functional and built with long-term quality in mind.

Arash and his team were friendly, courteous and professional. We were impressed that Arash kept us informed every step of the way, and was easy to reach by text, phone or email. The project was completed quickly considering the extensive scope, with tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, framers, tilers and painters) scheduled at our home almost every day, putting in a full day's work, and doing a top quality job on the renovation.

Having a lot of renovation experience, the team was able to answer all of our questions and provide advice and suggestions along the way, which we would not have thought of on our own. Considering the high-end work that was performed, the price we paid was extremely fair. We feel that we got fantastic value.

Upon their arrival, Summit covered our existing broadloom and flooring with a protective sheet to ensure that the surfaces remained clean. They also erected a zip-up plastic enclosure around our master bedroom, to keep dust and debris out of the place that we sleep. Worksite garbage was thrown out nightly into the large dumpster that was ordered to manage the debris.

We would highly recommend Summit Contractors if you are considering similar work. This was our first "big renovation" and we are happy that we hired Arash and his team. We are so pleased, in fact, that we are having them quote five other household projects.

P.S. We are including a few photos of our reno. The pictures do not show the custom-made glass shower enclosure. We are keeping the cost of our reno private.
