My generator wasn’t starting. I contacted Alex after not having much luck getting immediate service from local Generac tech’s. Called on Friday, appointment was scheduled for Monday. Very flexible with time.
He troubleshot the generator immediately and got it fired up. I decided to go ahead with doing a full maintenance service. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and will definitely contact him for future maintenance and any issues with my generator in the future.
