We had all of the old carpet in our new home replaced - stairs and entire upper level. I knew that I was going to choose Victorious from the moment I spoke to Mark on the phone. He was kind and knowledgeable. When he came to our home, he was courteous and thorough. He showed us samples that would suit our needs and was honest with recommendations. In the end, we chose the same type of carpet that was currently in our home and one of our top three colour choices was in stock. The work was completed a week later. The installers called the morning of to let us know they were on the way. The job was done in about five hours and looks incredible!
