Horrible Customer Service

The sales representative that we dealt with was very nice upfront, however that changed once we signed our contract. We received zero communication from the company about our window install date and as customers we had to consistently contact the sales rep. The sales rep was condescending, rude and just seemed to want to argue via email. We had an install date booked and the installers didn't show up. After this I contacted head office and we were given a new install date because I was 'displeased'. Although I was happy to jump the line and save time waiting for the installation of our windows, it's ridiculous to me that a company works based on complaints. The whole experience was saved when we had John install our windows, who was happy to go the extra mile for us. Since our windows being installed we have not been contacted by anyone to see how things went and if we are satisfied. Although we are happy with the windows, I would not recommend this company based on their awful customer service.

UPDATE: As you can see the company saw this review and shortly after it was posted they contacted us. The company was very concerned with this negative review and offered us an extended warranty and asked us to remove or edit the review. We felt the extended warranty did not apply to the products we bought, so we turned it down. Although we appreciate Rita reaching out, I think it's important for buyers to read all review points, and then make their own judgements as to what companies to deal with.
