LG refrigerator condenser not working
Not sure who's giving good reviews first Elite tried to charge for the compressor which they knew was under warranty and discussed.
After initial visit I was told within a week I would have the compressor replaced 23 days later it was done on an LG part they knew was failing all over North America.
The manager would not allow the technician to give any kind of discount even though the install was ridiculously overpriced and no fridge over the Christmas holidays.

Good Evening, we have looked into your file regarding the LG fridge. Unfortunately as a servicer we are not permitted to just charge a manufacturer a certain part, your fridge is over 4 years old. In your manual it will tell what may be covered beyond the 1 year warranty, we did not try to charge you for the compressor we asked for your proof of purchase which you gave the technician and we approached LG to get the compressor covered for you under their warranty. Usually this is the customers’ responsibility however we wanted to try to speed things along since it was a non cooling refrigerator which is essential. As soon as we received the approval from LG we ordered your parts and carried out the repair, from the time of approval to receiving the parts can take time we apologize for that.
