I needed a structural engineer to provide me with advice and drawings on removing a load bearing wall and vaulting a ceiling. I sent a request out to Mohammad and received a reply within 24 hrs. (on New Years Day). We set up a site visit for the following Wednesday. Mohammad was punctual, polite and professional from the start. I was so impressed with his expertise that I retained him to include additional structural drawing for the removal and replacement of a load bearing beam and pillars in the basement and a relocation of a set of stairs leading to the basement. Within a week he sent me a draft of the drawings for my review and comment. Everything was clear and concise and upon my approval a stamped set of drawings were sent to me. I was very impressed with Mohammad's expertise, level of communication and timeliness on this matter and the pricing was very reasonable.
