Aquatech Basement Waterproofing

I am a residential realtor representing clients in Toronto and the GTA for over 30 years. I recently hired AquaTech to do a waterproofing job for the sale of a home in which I represented both the Seller and the Buyer. The job was handled quickly and professionally. The conditions of the sale were lifted, and the house sold and closed. After closing, the new owner of the home found additional water damage in their new basement, when renovating. Andrew and Nick addressed and assessed the situation promptly. Since the water seemed to have entered the basement from additional areas to those already repaired, my client was given options of how they would like to address the solution to the problem. They chose from the options provided. The repairs were, again, handled promptly and professionally. Shortly thereafter, (days, not weeks) there was, again, water in the basement. Nick came to the house himself, and explored and investigated the mystery to why this may be happening. He discovered the root of the problem, and remedied the situation immediately.
