Basement Bathroom and Laundry Room Renovation
We had Roy renovate our basement laundry room and add a 3 piece bathroom. Overall we are quite satisfied with the work that Roy did even knowing we faced some challenges with our house not having a straight wall in it. The project took longer then expected due to some of these challenges but Roy showed up on time and on budget.
I do wish some forethought was put into straightening 1-2 of the walls that were already framed but overall I am quite satisfied with the outcome of the project and would use Roy again for a similar renovation job.

Your renovation turned out fantastic considering all of the challenges we faced working with existing 20 plus year old framing that that was left unfinished... not square,level, plumb, twisted etc. We went the extra mile on this project, Before and after pics would have been great to see on this review ,, the finish looks like its straight out of a magazine.Once again Thanks for your review
