Horrible follow up customer service
I use this serviced almost a year ago. I was under the impression that I was under a warranty. Also they never completed the work nor did they offer any follow-up calls to see if I was satisfied or needed any additional services. I recently gave them a call as I was having the same issues and wanted to do an additional service call. But once they realize that they may have to come back To finish up their work, I did not receive a call back from them.. instead they just made my calls go straight to voicemail. Watch out for this company they're great for the initial service to get your money but for any additional follow-ups or issues you're on your own!!

When we spoke yesterday on the phone I did mention to you that other preventative work was suggested at the time of our visit last November 2019 which was declined then. (Stated on your invoice)
further more the weather conditions were poor at that time and instructions were made to follow up when the weather improved.
You are also semi detached home perhaps the miscommunication came from that.
You definitely do you have a one-year warranty with the work that we did last year however if there is new work to be done which means a new entry point then new service charges will apply.
