What a process! Working initially with Mesh via phone and pictures for a quote, to then working with Rajan who project managed the reno, was quite simple and straight forward. We wanted to reno both of our staircases, main floor and basement since they are connected and after getting 5 quotes, Ideal was the best option and fair in price point. They answered so many of my questions, were flexible in what they could do and ensured we were happy before calling the project closed! The workers themselves were nice and VERY CLEAN. They took about half hour every day to ensure the house was vacuumed and tidy before they left. The only thing I would mention is they do outsource any hardwood flooring you need installed to another contractor, who I didn't find as nice/to the standard of ideal. Just be aware of that since any delays on the subcontractor side could cause delays on Ideal workers finishing your stairs. Overall great process and happy with the results. It took about 2 weeks to complete the project.
