I had a Bissell carpet cleaner for 10+ years but had a problem with the carpet cleaner the last time I tried to do carpet it wasn't working. My grand daughter took me to Vacuum Specialists. They told me what the problem was and told me it would have to be taken apart and would cost $149 to repair or I could get a brand new one for only $50 more!
They took the time to explain everything to us and how to use the new Bissell cleaner. We were thrilled with the experience and would recommend them to everyone.
