EXCELLENT Product and Installation!
We ordered 3 new exterior doors and 2 replacement windows for our downtown Hamilton home and after expected Covid related delays they were installed this past week. WOW, the doors are amazing, they are well made and function perfectly. The windows are perfect and we are so happy with their functionality as well. What we are truly happy with is the amazing professional installation done by the Arcana Install team.
Our home is well over 100years old and nothing is square. The installation of the 3 doors proved to be very challenging.. so much precision cutting and fitting was needed. The 2 gentlemen took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Plus they took the extra time to ensure the trim work was also beautiful and perfect. We could not be more happy with our decision to hire Arcana to provide and install our new doors and windows. We HIGHLY recommend them..
