Carpentry At Its Best

We recently hired Niall and team to repair a number of wood posts in our carport and veranda that were starting to show signs of rot. Niall was highly responsive, immediately returning my calls and keeping me informed on the status of material delivery and work timelines. He took the time to explain things and answer my questions. This was a relatively small job compared to other projects his company does, but he still treated me like any other client and provided high quality customer service.

The design of the original posts were quite intricate, but Niall spent the time researching and calling around to find a vendor that could replicate the design so the new posts closely matched the original posts. Niall visited multiple times to make sure he had all the necessary and correct measurements before ordering the posts. He takes pride in his work.

When it came time to install the wood posts, Niall and team were highly professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The team even went above and beyond by replacing a few rotting pieces of wood on the veranda railings using leftover wood pieces at no charge.
