I haven’t had the greatest experience in the past with home inspectors. They have missed defects or haven’t been very knowledgeable.
My experience with Kevin was the complete opposite. He was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the home. I am an HVAC contractor and was very impressed with how much he knew about heating, air conditioning and ventilation. He’s very personable, thorough, easy to communicate and coordinate with. You can tell he loves what he does and is great at it. I’ve already given his contact to a friend looking for a good inspector and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again to others.
