This is the second time I've hired The Crack Specialists to repair a foundation crack. The first time I hired them was 16 years ago, and that repair is still in great shape!
Every person I dealt with at TCS was friendly, professional and helpful - including Lorrie who booked the appointments, Wes who came to give the estimate, and Jen who called to remind me of the appointment and handle payment.
When Rick repaired the recent foundation crack, he was on time, pleasant to deal with, he completed the work in the time he estimated it would take, and he did a great job of cleaning up after finishing the work. I appreciated his help to move a huge workbench out of the way - his willing, helpful approach exceeded my expectations. Clearly, he enjoys his work and dealing with customers. I also appreciated that he wore a mask for COVID protection.
After the repair, Rick took time to answer my questions about the repair and the warranty. He was knowledgeable, and I was left feeling confident the work he completed was well done and backed by an excellent warranty.
The invoice was emailed to me the following day and was correct and easy to understand. It included warranty details and confirmation that the warranty is transferrable if the home is sold.
