I contacted Touchwood after i had a experience with someone who I called from Kijiji. They took a $400 deposit and refused to unload until i paid $900, for a 1 bedroom move just 7 min away. Bob, from Touchwood, heard this story and guided me on how to be careful against such frauds and gave me all their info, and gave a price of $250 +taxes (with no hidden costs). On the next day, the movers were on time, very polite, wore masks and calmly complied with my requests for using sanitizers. They secured my luggage carefully and properly. Both loading and unloading was super smooth and it was a pleasure working with them. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to all my friends.
