We were shopping for an engineered hardwood floor and found the one we wanted at the St Catharines store. We received solid service and advice from Said and felt confident that we were getting a great floor for a reasonable price. When the crew showed up to do the work they did an excellent job in the one day they said it would take. I actually accidentally damaged a piece of nosing that had been dropped off for the job and Said came the next day personally with a new piece. They cleaned up thoroughly and left behind a great looking floor and two satisfied customers. I have never written a review about any service or product but felt compelled to do so in this case.
