Owner gave a quote for job. Crew was super hard working, polite, welcomed input. In the end, end product was not how we imagined.
Owner worked with us to make sure we were pleased with the end result, and presented many options for us to chose from. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to him, he made sure we were happy and explained the process/work along the way.
