Mark was great to work with right from the start when he came to look at the project and give me a quote. He was so knowledgeable about the different options and was obviously passionate about decks and customer service. Mark visited 4 or 5 times as we were preparing the deck to be covered with vinyl to ensure that we were on the right track. He was patient with me and took the time to explain the different options and the reason for his recommendations. There are several examples where Mark and his team went way above expectations to make sure that I was happy with the final product - and I was!
