I just have to write to say how pleased I am with your services, which you already know :). We have known each other for about seven years now and each and every time I have spoken or emailed about anything to anyone I have dealt with, it has always been the most pleasant of experiences. As recently as yesterday, Vitaly was here to do some small adjustments/touch ups and, of course, he's as pleasant as ever, and did a great job.
Both Brian and I feel very lucky that we found you when we were looking to do our first renovation.
