Dealing with the company proved to be difficult, as there were many challenges along the way. Although it took longer to get things completed then we would have liked (including needing to bring them back in to repair the badly damaged concrete surface after approx. 1 year), in the end they delivered a good product. Hopefully they have solved their spalling concrete issue and others won't have to deal with it going forward!

It's important to understand that in concrete we are only as good as the product delivered. Our ready mix suppliers of the world are not flawless and a small percentage of mix designs have problems, regardless of the company name at the head of the project.
We spent $3800 having your spalling garage pad professionally overlayed so we could do right by our customers, no questions asked. The only thing deserving of a 7/10 in our business dealings was your hostile treatment of our project manager when you notified us of your issues.
It goes to show that we do right by our customers regardless of who they are.
