Valon from Pristine Flooring responded to my request for tiling. From the first day of his arrival he has been constantly punctual, professional, and with great attention to detail.
Val helped me to rescue our basement renovation as the previous contractor did not show up half way through the project, and after Val's involvement I was glad this was the case. Val pointed out many mistakes and omissions in the work. Val and his team did a superb job of site management as well - organized, clean up, and good communication around schedules and availability.
