I would highly recommend Gianni, as he was professional, reasonable and his craftsmanship was superb. In seeking quotes, he promptly returned my text and completed the work the same day. I had tiles removed in my bathroom stall, due to moisture that had accumulated overtime, through cracked tiles and a lack of builders workmanship. He explained the rationale of the moisture and rectified the issue. He was upfront and honest with his suggestions as to the best approaches to solving the concern and how to improve the contents of my shower going forward. He also was considerate in recommending the materials that were not necessarily needed and be returned to the store.
