I wanted to install pot lights and requested a quote through homestars. I selected Evolve Electrical because he was the only one who requested a site visit.
Eugene came and seen the layout of my house and sent me a quote the same evening. I accepted the quote and signed the contract. On the appoonted day and time Eugene and Dermaine came and planned out the exact locations of the lights. The number of lights were more but Eugene told me that he will provide me the extra lights free of cost as a contact was signed by both parties.
I have to give an updated review on this project. Eugene is a person who is all talk. He is a very smooth talker and does not live by his commitment. When I asked him about replacing the lights if they fail, he told me to just call him and he would do the needful. Now when I require him , he comes up with excuses and policy changes. He does not even reply to my messages and will not even refer me to his assistant who was supposed to be the best and now is no longer working with him. He undercuts the price to get the business and then cannot support and service the project at a later date. I will not recommend his services.

Thank you so much Bruno, we had a great time with you at your job. Anytime it was our pleasure. Thank you greatly!! The rating was 10 out of 10. Then 6 months later after the client painted and took down Potlights , one stopped working. He demanded I change a paint covered Potlight , actually painted around with brush strokes on the middle of the Potlight as well as plastered to the ceiling. We said it would be a service charge , due to once we pull out the Potlight the paint comes out around it as well, good chance. He got very upset and said we are responsible for this Potlight to be changed. We apologize to anybody reading this as the photos show everything is perfect and it will not allow me to post the Painted Potlight. As a company we are very sorry for reviews like this especially when as much as you try to accommodate , the client goes as far as degrading you for the time spent . Thank you Bruno we still value your input. Also we appreciate you mentioning us providing you with extra Potlights at first and free of charge (6) the pendants added with no extra wasn't mentioned.
