We've been calling around all day for a company that does small urgent masonry repair work and David's company came up as highly recommended. He picked up the phone right away and very honestly let me know upfront that unfortunately he doensn't deal in that area of work, but if I'm not too sure of what the other companies are telling me I can call him again and just get some advice from him. He sounded very friendly on the phone and showed a lot of integrity and genuinely cared about our problems despite not being able to directly assist us or earn any money on this. David exuded positive energy and it's such a breath of fresh air! I chatted a bit with him and it did a lot to relieve the stress of not being able to find a contractor to do this job.
