While working on a roof in my neighborhood, Sean left a flyer on my front door handle. I am usually very skeptical about flyers, but for its convenience, I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be one of the best business decisions I have ever made.
Sean is very considerate, accommodating, and easy going. Because of the Covid situation, we had to do things very differently and every step was accomplished without direct contact. Sean is very frank with his opinions on materials and colors, he patiently delivered samples to my front porch for me to choose. He then came back to pick them up. He provided me with a very reasonable quote and timeline for completion.
Sean and his crew arrived as scheduled, they worked very hard, efficiently and effectively. Throughout the project, they stayed very respectful and professional. Sean was very thoughtful, he showed me the progress by sending me a picture of the new roof. Near completion, one of the crew members tried to bring one thing to my attention; I was so impressed that he was actually wearing a mask when talking to me!
Overall, Sean is a very sincere and trustworthy business man. Working with Sean is definitely a very positive experience for me. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs a new roof.
