John and his partner are second to none, I cannot say enough good things about these two guys! The project was completed in a very short time period and these two guys are among the hardest workers I have ever seen, and very friendly and easy to work with. They are professionals and craftsmen at their finest. My wife and I had 5 quotes provided to us and we went with H&K Stucco for the following reasons: 1) the price was excellent 2) the work is top notch 3) they were one of the few who provided painting services to cover my eaves, facia, downspouts and soffits 4) they could do the work quickly and professionally 5) they took care of some extras, especially when it came to around the foundation with some excellent parging work. We have a 120 year old brick home in the upper beaches of Toronto, and the brick was not in good condition in many places - this was not an easy job by any stretch, but these guys exceeded our expectations on every level.
