I had my windows and patio door installed by Clera well over 15 years ago.
Recently one of our patio doors rollers was in need of service replacement. We called Greg at the oakville location and after exchange few emails and photos was quick to review the warranty with us and arrange for Trevor the technician to come and inspect issue. Soon after Trevor - Covid preparedness -came and install a new replacement part at no cost .
