Very good and professional service even in high season
I've recently hired a landscaping company to replace grass on my back and front yards, plant flowers, and make some other improvements. The project was done, however, I was very disappointed when I discovered that the irrigation system installed in my house, specifically one part of it (zone) on the backyard wasn't working. I called Robin and he said that they're fully booked for the next two weeks; to my surprise, he called me back in a couple of days and said that they can come anyways. Esho came yesterday (this is the second time he helps me; first time was last year) and found a leak very quickly. He then fixed it to only discover that there was another one. Apparently, the landscapers used their shovels with no regard to the irrigation system and destroyed the pipes in multiple places near the flower beds (cracked pipes in 2 places and one with the sprinkler head totally cut off). Esho fixed all of them promptly, installed a sprinker head and replaced one that was not in great shape. All of that within an hour.
