Home exterior and large rear and front decks with steps
I was introduced to Student Works from a flyer, and visited a recent deck where Dakota worked. On recommendation of the neighbour who had the deck painted, I asked for a quotation from Dakota. Her suggestions for paint colours for the exterior wall and options for deck stains were helpful.
Once I decided on colours, Dakota scheduled the start date, and informed me of the limitation of staining outdoors with the weather.
There were a number of obstacles Dakota overcame, from staff impacted by the Covid-19 crisis to weather delays. Each situation was dealt with professionally and to my satisfaction.
The painting team Dakota had working for her were good painters, and steady workers. Each took care to set-up and clean up the work site each day.
I am very pleased with the work, and the time that it took to complete the painting and staining project.
