Sales consultant - We were originally looking for a ductless air conditioning system. Brian asked many questions about the room that needed to be cooled and ultimately, he explained the benefits of a heat pump! The room is an addition to our home and will benefit from the heating aspect as well!
Installation - completed in one day; excellent work; answered all questions and explained the functions of the machine
All in all, we are thrilled with the heat pump and with Cozy Comfort's sales personal and their installation team! Now, we are wondering why we didn't do this 10 years ago!
