Very professional. Isolated the area, disassembled and removed the stove, cleaned up, vacuumed and treated areas that may have been exposed. Friendly too! I had started to pull this thing apart (old half coal, half gas stove) when I opened an area and noticed what I believed to be asbestos. Robert came down to consult (for free) and ascertained that the asbestos was there. A relief to get rid of this old thing as it was not in good enough shape to investigate its potential as an antique.
