I needed to replace my old Samsung built in dishwasher with a new Bosch one. Edward gave me an honest quote that not only included everything installation, but he also offered to remove the old one first, wait for the new one to be delivered, then come back to install the new one with no extra charge! (other guys I called demanded $59 extra for the removal) Arranging the appointment was seamless - He always responded promptly and came on the same day as delivery at 830am on a Saturday, then returned at 6pm to finish the job. He was knowledgeable and installed my new dishwasher professionally and nicely!
If there's only one area for improvement is timeliness - he said he'd come back between 4-5pm but when I called at 6pm with no message from him, he said he could either come at 6:30 or wait for Monday. Either way he did a great job and it was a long hot day. For that price I couldn't ask for more.
