I had rats under my deck in my backyard and called North Star Pest Control for the job. The customer service of these two men were amazing, very thorough with their explanations on the rat control process. They checked my entire backyard and found the main area of entrance. They checked up on me a few days later ensuring the medicine box they installed that killed off the rats was successful and even offered future jobs and service that would be beneficial to our home.
