We had Dalton come out twice last year, once in February because the traveler on our door was broken, with just a photo to go off of he was able to get the correct part before he showed up and fixed the door quickly and did a very good job. While he was out he noticed that the one spring on our door had snapped so our door was actually only functioning with 1 spring and suggested that we fix that sooner than later.
A few months later in April we had Dalton come back out to replace the springs and he did a great job replacing those.
Was very impressed both times he came out with the work he did and his knowledge with what he was doing.
