Jeff was punctual and after looking at my problem offered a couple of options and provided an estimate for both. He proceeded to complete the work and reviewed the finished product with me to my satisfaction. His final invoice was as quoted. Because we are seniors and during these unprecedented times I was particularly impressed that Peter wore personal protective equipment during his entire stay.
