Remodel Construction Company has over 25 years of experience in the home renovation industry.
That says a lot right there. From my experience, they take pride in a job well done. As a general contractor licensed by the City of Toronto, they are fully bonded. Behind every phone call is the dedication, experience and long-standing quality that goes into every Remodel Project. Chris is our go-to contractor because I can count on him to do the job, be meticulous and on budget. We have used
their services now almost as long as they have been in existence. He is also very accessible, listens and is a very flexible and creative problem solver. I like to know my choices and select the best option. He and his skilled workers have an uncanny ability to solve design issues. They have classical good taste and have no problem integrating the owner's ideas with a thoughtful consultation of the pros and cons. They carefully explain every detail and are always responsive. The projects are completed on budget with no surprises, delays or drama. Their workmanship is top-notch by a group of highly professional and greatly talented people who take pride in every project. They are organized and neat . During the job, they make every effort to protect the area and furnishings before starting, stay as neat as possible during the work. Then they finish the work on time, and leave the home cleaner than before they started! They offer a superior service at a competitive cost because the satisfied customer is a returning customer.
They were able to rethink the door framework so we would not lose space with the bar when we transferred from oil to gas. Since space is the final frontier in Riverdale we appreciated that. The carpentry and framework were excellent. Tim is meticulous and detail-oriented. You could tell by the the cuts, framing, and corners in a tight area. That area was made safe, as they knew a baby would be entering the picture. All the workers, including the subcontractors, are polite and communicative and work around your schedule. Remodel is a class act. I always have peace of mind when I hire them. Professional and knowledgeable what more can you ask for. They tick every box.

Anita, wow it's been terrific getting to know you for over 25 years and it really doesn't feel like it has been that long however you are right.

We might provide you with suggestions and different options to get the best results for you but in the end we are working for you and what you want is important to us so thats why we try to do every time, it's not just what's easiest for us do that matters at Remodel.
Making sure that we keep your home clean and tidy during all our renovations is something we take pride in doing. We cover your hard surface floors with a high density floor covering or we cover you carpets with a 3 mill self adhesive plastic . This ensures all your floors and stairs are protected from damage as much as possible. The floor protection also help keep your floor free of dust and debris and helps with the daily tidyingup and creates a safer work environmentfor everyone. We also use lots of light plastic to keep construction dust off your belongings.
This last project we completed for you was not a large project however the tight areas and the installation of a door provided quite the challenge.
