I called three companies to get a quote for floor plan drawings in order to get a permit from the City. I needed this permit for my basement renovation. Mohammad quoted me $1000 less than the other two companies. I ended up using Mohammad's services not only for his reasonable price but also because I felt comfortable speaking with him over the phone. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable in his field. Mohammad was very kind by providing me with the drawings early as he knew I was on a tight deadline with the City. He put in the extra time in order for me to have the drawings on time. I do not take this for granted and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely use Mohammad again.
