The city of Ottawa left a huge mound of snow in front of my driveway and refused to take accountability rendering my car useless for over a week as I tried to get them to come and remove the snow. Within hours of being in contact with Tyler he made plans to come the very next morning and did an outstanding job. Professional, punctual, and affordable. 11/10!
