After looking over the numerous positive reviews on HomeStars, I decided to contact Mark about my carpet installation project back. I needed to have carpet installed on two flights of stairs, most of the second floor (4 bedrooms, a hallway and multiple closets) and a couple of rooms on the main floor. Right from the start I knew I was in good hands. During the in-home shopping/estimate session, he was friendly, informative about possible trouble spots and money saving tips. About a day or two later, the carpet installation dates were booked for the following week.

On the first installation day, Erdem and his crew arrived early and went to work immediately. Unfortunately the carpet itself was found to have manufacturer defects, an issue that was out of their control. They quickly pointed the issue out to me. I was really impressed with their honesty and the pride that they have in their work. Mark was called in to help with the situation. He apologized profusely and we quickly worked out a solution. Later that day, new carpeting was brought in and the work continued into the next day. After the installation was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Mark then followed up to ensure that I was happy with the installation.
