My family and I were so scared when we went down to our basement, after a long night of rain and freezing rain only to find we had an inch of greenish foul smelling water in our basement. Quickly, we googled and realized we had to bring in someone. Our sump pump had failed us and thus was sewer backup! A friend had recommended Disaster Recovery Force Inc and we’re so glad they did! They first packed out all our content that was completely dirty and gross and wrapped up our basement and sucked water out over the couple days! In about two days though the water was gone, our sump pump is being replaced and we have trusted Disaster Force to go ahead with the rebuild now! Such a weight off our shoulders!
