We had a leaking shut off valve under our kitchen sink which had to be replaced. Alex and his assistant arrived in about an hour. An explanation and charges for the work were fully disclosed before they began.
I happened to mention that my water pressure was low. He then offered to check out the faucet at no charge. Upon doing so, he was able to restore full water pressure and the charge was minimal for that.
They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The entire job was fairly priced. I fully recommend this company!
