Broken Furnace on Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve I woke up to a very cold house so I called my local expert - Ashton Heating. Bill zoomed over incredibly fast to try and get my furnace started before my 50+ guests arrived for a Christmas party. After several attempts to get my old beast of a furnace going, it was unsuccessful - the furnace was pooched. Bill provided amazing heaters to help keep us warm until he could find a team of staff that would come in over the holidays to install a new furnace. Of course it was very difficult to find a crew at Xmas so Bill came with one other employee and did it himself, just so I would have heat for the holidays. I was so impressed with his determination to get things working, then installed so I could have heat. Ive been a home owner for over 30 years and had many different professionals come to fix stuff but Bill and team are top notch. Knowledgeable, reasonable and never wants to replace something that really doesn’t need replacing. I will never look elsewhere for any of my heating/air conditioner needs and neither should you - Ashton’s Heating is amazing.
