My roommate and I ordered a deep cleaning of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and we were very disappointed in the service. We paid for extras like balcony cleaning, oven cleaning and fridge cleaning. The bathroom was still dirty, hair on the floor and so many other things were wrong...they also used all of our paper towel and tissue for some reason. It was awful. We complained and tried to get our money back. They refused to give our money back but they came back to do a second cleaning. The second cleaning was better but still not that great. We got another cleaning mom and pop shop to come in after and they did a ten times better job than this company. I have no idea why they have a 96% rating on homestars.
