This is a long-overdue review, our condo reno happened last year during the summer. We lived in an older condo that really needs some revamping. Farzad was the third contractor we interviewed, he was a very honest person and provided us with his vision and really listend to our needs. As a couple that has a huge passion for cooking, he helped us realized our dream of having an open concept kitchen with added storage space. [Not to forget our spa bathroom! Thank you for the suggestion of lining up the tiles for better asthetics]
It seems impossible in our mind, however Farzad managed to draw out the plan and gave us a very detailed visualization of what everything would look like at the end. My partner and I are very new to the renovation world, we are always clueless about the next step. Farzad and his team has been the kindest and most patient people out there. Even when we were being indecisive about doors and tiles. They would always have the best suggestions and would always help whenever we need it. Due to our lack of experience, the project was extened to about three months, we did not regret a moment of the extension, works of art takes time.
