Very unhappy Customer ( I was )
We've been trying for many months now to get this company to come back and repair a large crack that occurred a month after they paved. Have sent multiple e mails, phone calls etc. The first e mail was sent in June, it's now almost December and there has been no response. What a way to run a business. I see that this is a common thing after reading other reviews. Shameful.
UPDATE Dec 13/2019
So to be fair to this company I'm posting that this week I received a letter from them apologizing for the delay and extending my warranty until
next year when they can come and look at the repairs required. As such I am adding another star to their score. I'm still not happy with the delay and lack of communication but finally receiving some sort of response now is better than nothing. I will update again after they review the cracks ( hopefully sooner than later ) UPDATE>> The repair has been done and they provided a free driveway seal ) I am happy with the result so I will up their score to a 4. Thank you Lucy for your help with this! You are very good at customer service
