It's a small one bedroom condo. The challenge is to make it airy, large and full function in limited space. I also have very tight budget. I am very happy with the result. The design is great and every martial picked is worth the penny. Design has point all the key focus point. That include kitchen cabinet, tile backsplash, bathroom tub, faucet, toilet and vanity. The unit is on 19th floor. The old toilet has backup case. This time we take the suggestion on air pressure (concealed water tank) toilet. Even it is expensive, but we never have any problem. it is worth of investment. The vanity is also great furniture look piece. it is on legs that make tiny bathroom bigger. It has bottom drawer and top two doors, which max use the storage which was lack in condo unit. The large size of wall tile with a pencil line of glass make bathroom luxury. That actually save money. So overall renovation is in our budget. The design creatively save our white appliance by using white cabinet with glass insert door and glass backsplash. our guests even didn't notice the appliances are old. They are all focus on glass doors and backsplash.
