Ongoing 10-star customer service
I had my Central vacuum installed by Julian 5 years ago and had my second service call today. Julian doesn't seize to impress. He went out of his way to come to my house today and fix my vacuum. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and will genuinely help you with your best interest in mind. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to fix the issue without trying to sell me a new vacuum or gauging me with service fees. I trust him with my eyes closed! I highly recommend Vacuumville!
