Salesman and confirmation email said installers would be here by 9AM. Installers 2 hours late. Told it would take 3 - 4 hrs took 8 hrs. It was a straight forward job, as we already had an energy efficient furnace and the installers even said it would only take 3 - 4 hours. Changed our thermostat, new one doesn't work right. One installer, Phillip, knew his stuff, but the helper didn't, and the helper was the one who did the thermostat, by himself. They cleaned up real good and looks like they did a good job. Did get compensation from them off our bill.

Definitely our apologies for being late. The installers must have come across a complication for the extra time. I am glad you thought they did a good job and cleaned up well. I believe the thermostat issue was taken care of. If there is anything else we could do just call the office and let us know. Again sorry for being late and the job taking longer than expected.
